Electrical Project Management

[beginning]

I am a recently gradute of an engineering school. I need some good information and tips on how to be a succesful project manager. Most projects that I have done are small in nature as compared to my co-workers. My major problem is orginizatiion and time. It was kind of hard at first to meet all dead lines. But, I found it easier to ask ahead of time if there are issues that I was not familiar with. Setting up the parameters for a frequency drive, or ordering the right size wire was the easy part. The programming of the computer was not too hard either. The hard part was working as a team with other people. Hope someone has some good ideas.
