AutoCad Electrical should do the trick.
There are lots of programs to do this with. Some more specific than others.
Pro-E, Solid Works, AutoCad, CadKey. There are so many programs is comes down to a matter of finance.

Try AutoPlan from Bentley (used to be Rebis)
