Elasto-plastic resources

Hi,
I am looking for any resources on Elasto-Plastic analysis using Ansys (both workbench and classic).
I will mostly be using Bilinear Isotropic hardening to do elasto-plastic analysis of parts/assemblies made of different types of Stainless Steels.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
