Elastic settlements, Fox equations 8

The time has come to improve my calcs sheets on elastic settlements.
Very useful to the purpose have been the computational
suggestions in Bowles, 1988 (foundations analysis and design, 4th edition).
But, alas, i dont'see any numerical solutions for If, the influence coefficient (foundation depth correction), proposed by Fox in 1948.
The book literally squirms with equations but If is given only in graphical form.
Anyone can help me out and send or address me to Fox equations?
No way I can get hold of the 1948 original article on ICSMFE. By the way, I had no chance to search latest editions of Bowles for any add-ons.

I've finally entered the 21st century and put up a website. On it I've posted my Excel worksheet that includes the Bowles settlement calcualtions, and also the coding for the en fox equations.
