I'm trying to come up with a solution to automatically run water through dirty tubes using solenoid valves to clean them. I'm also trying to reduce the amount of wasted liquid left in the lines.
I've come up with 2 solutions but still not sure if they are the best way to do it.
Option 1:
Connect the valve to the juice and h2o containers. Always open for juice, when done, change to water and give it a quick flush.
Option 2:
Same as 1 except an added valve that has an air connection. Run the juice. Then then the water. Then the air so no liquid is left in the longest tube portion.
Can anyone think of a better solution than these or do you see any issues I might have?
Thanks for the help.
