Efficiency of old Pacific Boiler

Anyone know what a typical efficiency might be for a Pacific 9607A Scotch Marine boiler with 3571 sqft of heating surface? The burner is rated for a maximum of 625 BHP, but I'm sure that is an input rating. Any guesses on my output?

How many pass boiler is it? That will affect the overall efficiency. What is the fuel?
