Editing Title block

Hi I am using Solid Edge11 and I am trying to edit a template title block. Most fields can be changed but there are two fields wich seem to be locked. Any idea how to unlock or delete the text within these fields?

Any help greatly apreciated.

Are the fields property text or a text block?

Are the fields on the background sheet or the draft sheet?

Are the fields within a group?
