Hi Friends,

I need suggestion from you guys, while working with tables in drawing i strucked with a problem.

My project includes different types of parts i need to arrange them in order in tables..... like hardware parts at one place and other parts to... i tried to sort them using symbols...now i want to hide all those symbols because we need to send the drawing file to manufacturing people...they may confuse seeing those symbols...... can you tell me how to hide the entire column related to symbols......

I don't know how you arranged them by symbols??
But, If your BOM table is created using repeat region, proper way to order items as per you requirement is to use FIX INDEX.
It can be accessible from menu~ Table>Repeat Region>Fix Index>select region>by item>select raws one by one and assign index in order you want.

Search this forum if you have any trouble doing so.

If i wish to add another part to the table then what to do......?

Is your table parametric (Created by repeat region?)
If yes,
Add item in assembly and it will automatically added to your table.
If it is not a BOM table, you can add part by entering paramater &model_name in table cell.

Provide more details what exactly you want..that will help to help u
