Edge Deburring and Faceting Tools

Hello,

I am looking for a tool that can smooth out the edges of some shim material that I have. I need some advice on the best options for this. I think a machine like the ROLEI PEF 500 Deburring and Faceting Machine, or the ROLEI BE 5 Sheet Metal Deburring Machine would work fairly well. The drawing below is for reference.

But, you're going to need some sort of fixture to hold your piece straight and handle it safely.

How many, and how often?

How accurate does your bevel need to be?

A clamping fixture and a file or stone would knock off that tiny corner in just a pass or two. Avoid the file if you can't tolerate potential contamination from iron.

There are thousands of cheap V notch pull-through knife sharpeners with carbide or ceramic working edges that might work.
