I am working on an induction brake, however, I'm not sure how I should approach the math behind the brake. Should I treat the disc as a coil moving through a magnetic field or are there special considerations that need to be taken into account? With a little bit of internet research, it seems to point to the latter. Unfortunately, all of the articles I find either have undeclared variables or must be purchased and my budget can't afford to go spending $35 per article when I'm not certain that it's what I want. Any help would be great. Thanks.
