Sorry to take everyone back in time, I believe this topic has been covered in previously in: thread507-214148 744-77306

I would also like to add a bit more information before I ask my question.

2004 and 2006 ASI Advice: Design method for eccentrically connected cleats not to be used

2006 Hera publishes a preliminary Design guide

2007 Hera publishes R4-142 (which i don't have a copy of, And I’m not happy with Hera because they won't allow individual membership)

My simple question is: Does anyone know what if any testing has been carried out to check the code based approaches currently suggested by Hera?

For those who don't recognize the references, the question involves Australian and New Zealand practice, but would also be applicable wherever.

I would also be interested in knowing the status. This has been hanging around a long time, but I don't think it has been comprehensively addressed.
