Eccentric brace connections

I need to move my vertical bracing 1" off grid line to keep it in hidden in the 6" stud wall. This will induce moments into my supporting members(columns and beams), but will it affect the design of my brace connections to these members?

Yes, most likely. You will have to take into account the moment created, along with the other reactions, when designing the weld and/or the bolted connection to the beam and column.

Moving the work point changes the state of equilibrium of your connection forces and the forces/moments themselves on the connection interface planes with the beam and column.
