Easy question (I think) about editing point positions.

...because the answer is either going to be easy, or it can't be done without directly editing the deck.

I have a plate that is 'twisted' such that the opposing corners are offset from the neutral plane by the same amount, but level. If I box select a group of points at one corner, can I easily edit just the X coordinate to ensure they are co-planar?

I figured it out right after I posted...of course.

For the record: Box select all points in an area.
Modify -> Project -> Point onto plane.

As long as there is a well defined plane...works perfectly.

You could also use the Modify / Move to / Nodes or Points. First you select nodes to be moved and then a reference node (with the right X-direction)
and finally you will define the CSYS (rectangular, cylindrical..)and the direction (X, R, Y, Theta...) to be used This is a very useful capability.
