Can anyone steer me to a manufacturer who can provide information, specs, application info, etc. for earthing transformers.

Most transformer manufacturers are in the business, so approach those you normally deal with.

You might check with Uptegraff Manufacturing Co. in Scottdale, Pennslyvania.

- but I haven't checked this in a while.
