Hi folks
I would like to calculate the earth fault current that may flow when running motor (5kw 0.4kv 3ph ) that has insulation resistance of 1M ohm and the system is direct grounded .

On contrary, what is the minimum insulation resistance that will pick up F64 (3 amp set point )

1M demonstrates the motor is probably dead or needs to be dried before power is applied to it.

It's not possible to calculate the leakage current because a significant amount of it is from capacitive leakage.
