earth dike pipe drain detail

anyone got a detail for an earth dike pipe drain like the one attached.
earth dike is just 2' high.
the attached didn't provide enough detail for the pipe drain.
it looks like there is concrete around the pipe but not sure.

Containment berms are usually around a tank to contain the contents, in case the tank should leak or fail. I'm not sure why you would want a drain pipe through the berm - what's the point of the berm then?

Seems like you want a drain in a berm specifically because it has no open drain.

Controlled drain of rainwater? Pumped removal of a spill to recovery trucks?
