Good moornig my teacher:

I have a PQR , in that PQR we use electrode : ET1T8, but we had an mistake when wrote our WPS, in that document we put how eletrode the ET1T8-Ni, i am not sure ,
Can it be rejected by the client?

Thsnk for your answer.

Juan Torres

It is up to the client. If I were the client I would not accept the WPS because it is not what I requested.

Thank Mr. Metengr, but:

E71T8 and E71T8-Ni Its are the same group: SFA 5.29.

Juan,
Write another WPS.
You cannot submit a WPS saying you are going to use one thing and then use another.
A well written WPS can cover multiple combinations within a specific group but if you list one only then that is what you must use.
Regards,
Shane

In the OP your wrote ET1T8 twice.....I think I can see how the mistake was made.....

Are they the same A-No.? Generally, E71T8-Ni would be used where impact testing would be required. However, it appears that you mistakenly specified E71T8-Ni in lieu of E71T8 as was listed on the supporting PQR. Simply make the change to E71T-8 on the WPS and resubmit the WPS for review as Rev. 1 or whatever revision needed based on the previous revision number.
