E-82 error topcon instrument

Hi
I've experienced E-82 error useing my topcon instrument and data collector. I checked all the settings instrument in the data collector and they look fine .
Could somebody help me resolve that isue?

Sounds like a comms error. Perhaps a call to a Topcon rep will reveal a more specific reason and suggest a solution.
