Dynamic analysis

Hello all,
I would like to analyze a bar fixed down below the bar. This bar rotates 90 degrees with respect to time and come back to the original position.
Please see the below picture. Please let me know how to proceed it in dynamic analysis using ABAQUS. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Apply non-zero velocity BC to that "fixed" reference point (connected to the bar via coupling or rigid body constraint). Or you can use rotational velocity initial condition if you don't want to enforce it throughout the whole simulation.
