Is a way to convert DXF files to DWG files?

What version of Acad do you have?
If you have 2000 or above you just open the dxf file as you would a dwg drawing and save it as a dwg file.

If you have an older version you must first import the dxf into a blank drawing and then save it as a dwg file.

If you want to convert many files at once, there certainly will be some shareware programs including lisp routines. Search "dxf2dwg".

To import the dxf file into autocad just enter: dxfin at the command line and hit enter. Then do as Steve says and save the drawing.
