DWG Files & VB 2005

Hello,

We are looking for a package that will
allow us to edit DWG files within our
VB 2005 projects and distribute to
our reps WITHOUT having AutoCad or any
other drawing software installed on the
client machine.

Specifically, we need to:
1) Turn Layers On/Off
2) Save DWG files AS NEW
3) Print DWG files
4) Edit (Change) Text in DWG Files

We were using DWGMiner but are looking for
a new solution due to support issues.

Any recommendations would be greatly
appreciated.
