Duplicating files from Commonspace

Hi Friends,


We use Pro/Intralink3.3 . We work on lot of drawings everyday. And very often we check out the files from common space to work space and duplicate the files in workspace. So we wait for 15 mins (average) to check out the files to workspace and wait for another 5-10 mins for duplicating it.


Is there any possibility like, to duplicate the fileswhile checking out files from commonspace . SO when the files comes to workspace, it comes with new name. Is it possible?

as far as i know its not possible
Eventhough its possible, it doesnt save ur time...
its sure that parts that u make copy, are surely need to change ..so u need to check-out them after copying in commomspace..
