Duplicate Shortcut

Visio 2000 had a "duplicate" item when I right-click an object. I've upgraded to Visio 2002 and it is no longer there. Is there any way to customize the right-click menu?

Also, Visio 5 had right-click copy and paste when the text with a block was highlighted. This disappeared in Visio 2000. Is there any way to restore this?

I miss using the mouse for these operations -- must use keyboard shortcuts instead.

I need to install Visio 2000 on a new PC. I have lost the Product Key. I tried searching the registry on the old PC to find the Productkey. I was not able to find the Product key in the registry. Any suggestions?

If you have a legitimate copy, you should be able to get help from Microsoft.
