I am running procedure qualification tests on S32205 duplex SS. I need to know how to process subsized Charpy coupons; it seems Table UG84.2 does not apply.
I do not even find S32205 anywhere in Section VIII-D1 (2010).

"If you don't have time to do the job right the first time, when are you going to find time to repair it?"

Table UG84.2 is applicable based on the geometry of your test piece. So it may or may not apply as you haven't provided any specifics. S32205 is a 22 Chrome, have a look at S31803 which is for 22 Chrome.

S32205 is a subset of S31803, so many places in the code you still have to use S31803.
(All S31105 is S31803, bot not the other way around. S32205 has tighter chemistry restrictions)

UNS S32205 is a code case material for use in Section VIII, Div 1. The code case states below;

(f) Impact testing in accordance with the rules in
UHA-51 for austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steels
is required

Of course you knew that.
