Ductbank and vent shaft design - starting suggestions please

Hello, I am interested in the design of a duct bank and a vent shaft.

My question is how to model them? I will design duct bank as a culvert with support as a mat.

I have dead load, live load, traffic load, Vertical soil pressure & horizontal soil pressure. What loads do I have to take account more.
