Dual Plate Wafer Type Check Valve Diameter 2

Outside diameter of all wafer type check valves (Dual Plate) are more than diameter of bolt circle (ASME B16.5) so, what kind of flanges are used for installing these valves between them?

OD of wafer check valves sits inside bolt circle diameter, check any reputable vendor catologue e.g. Goodwin.
