dual dimensioning and weld notes Question

Is it possible to add a dual dimenion to a weld note in a drawing? For example, 1/4 [6.35] filet weld symbol. Boss wants everything in dual... not sure how to handle the weld notes.

I think in the text box for weld size you gotta give dimensions in secondary units manually.. for secondary units in dimensions, change detail option in drawing properties
