I have a very small mezzanine that needs lateral (seismic) and the GC wants to use metal studs (actually started with wood framing). I used the drywall to "wood" stud capacities in SDPWC Table 4.3C and when we switched to metal studs I figured the capacity would be similar - boy did I get yelled at by the reviewing agent. Is there a source for drywall on metal studs, or do I need to generate by hand?? Note, I did find shear values for GB on metal studs on the Gypsum Association website.

TIA,
