A jockey pump for a garage dry sprinkler system: Is this required to be on standby power and located in a fire-resistance rated room?

What is your definition of a garage?? As in parking, as in house or apartment individual garage

And do you mean air compressor???
Believe the answer is no to both

Open or closed parking garage? Occupancy classification? Adopted building and fire code? Any occupancies over the parking garage? Is the building a high rise? What about the fire pump, since a pressure maintenance pump is specified?
