Hi All,

This is my first post on this forum. I have a electric tooth brush assembly that has cells, electric componentsand two plastic enclosures that encloses the cells and the electric components andare ultra-sonic welded.

-How can I perform the drop test???

-Do I have to give mass and material properties of each component(this would be a mammoth task)?

Please explain the procedure. I have claimed in my office that it could be done using Pro/Mechanica.

Help !!! Help!!! Help!!!!

The bad news is the results are qualitative, I wouldn't trust them quantitatively. Pro/Mech is not the best tool for the job.
