Drivig dimension in drafting

NX 7.5 : A drawing from a 3D model is in drafting. I can add lines, circles, ... manually.
dimensioning from what i add can be driving dimension.
dimensioning from what UG made from 3D model can't be driving

is there a way that dimension from what UG made (from 3D) to (say) line which i made is driving?

No, the dimensions, even if they were sketch dimensions in the model, will only appear as 'driven' dimensions when inherited onto the Drawing.
