Uplift from tiltup braces is resisted by temporary drilled concrete piers. How much soil skin friction can be counted on to resist uplift?

Not sure how much uplift you need to resist, but you may not need to rely on skin friction. Try using just the weight of the drilled pier. If you do need the skin friction, that information should be provided by your geotechnical engineer
