I have a customer that is concerned about a possible reaction/corrosion with using Elco Dril-Flex fastener through a stainless steel strap anchor. It doesn't specifically state whether you can use them with stainless steel but the Dril-Flex does have a corrosion resistant finish.

If you are using stainless steel straps, there is a concern about corrosion. I would use compatible stainless steel fasteners, if for not other reason than potential liability, whether actual or perceived. Corrosion resistant fasteners often are not greatly so...besides, coatings get compromised with installation.

Dissimilar metals can corrode each other. Even stainless steel is not exempt from this phenomenon. See the AISC Manual Table 2-6 (in the 13th Edition) for more information on compatible metals.
