Dredging Pump prime mover power

Hello,

Can any one help me in finding out the dredge pump primemover power for dredging a soil mixture of 2500cu.m/hr.
Soil being dredged is fine sand.

check out crissafulli dredges. Expensive, but they will cut a channel 12' wide by 30' deep if you need

Hi Arangi,
depends on pump design. Impeller diameter, no. of blades etc. Is the pump diesel driven ?
