Draworder control by layer? 2

I would like to find some way to control the draworder in ACAD 2002 by layer. It would be nice to have a list of layers in a control box. Then when you move the layers around in the list, they change draworder..... Any help?

Toolpac is a product with a lot of great Autocad tools. One of these tools is called Z-ordering and it can do exactly what you are describing.
