Drawing Shift

I am using NX Ideas version 5. I completed a drawing using
the drafting package. It seems the completed drawing with border
shifted downwards so that some of the views and part of the border is cut
off. Is there some way to correct this.

It probably isn't relevant this many months later, but try 'Select All' and then moving it back up.
