drawing question

See if anyone can help.When i open this one drawing the viewes are hatched, there are 11 pages on this drawing.
I have to hit the rebuild button and all is fine from then on. I can close,and save the drawing,and when I open
the drawing the same thing happens. There has to be something simple that I am missing. I am using 2007 solidworks

Is the problem with the hatching, or ??

this happens when I open this drawing. The views are hatched as though I changed something,but i did not.also each of the sheet tabs in the tree have a small red and green emblem
besides them. When I hit the rebuild button everything is fine .The emblem in the tree also goes away.

Make sure to SAVE all the changes to drawing and the files it references.
