Drawing on curved surface

I need some help with a a cylinder.

I don't know if anyone's familiar with it, but I have to draw the flywheel of a scooter engine. The outside is a cylindrical surface. On this surface, I have to draw an extrusion, which is also curved (the magnet) Can anyone help me with that?
