Drawing Notes

Okay it's been too long since my PTC training.... But I have a question.

I have created an exploded view in my assy, I then made a drawing view with it. Is there a way to throw in Ballon notes and have it show (automaticaly) each detail part # for all the components. When I am all done this exploded view will have 180 parts, so I am not wanting to do it manually If I don't have to.

Yes. You have to create a BOM Table first, with appropriate columns (part number, qty, etc...THIS PART IS ESSENTIAL). Then all you have to do is show your balloons. Email me at: jsmacon@yahoo.com if you have problems.
