I WANT TO HAVE A DRAWING THAT SHOWS THE LOADING ON A BEAM THAT CHANGES AND PROTRAYS THE DATA THAT IS INPUTTED IN THE CELLS OF A SPREADSHEET.

So you have pairs of (Xi,Fi) where X is longitudinal coordinate and Fi is discrete force applied at that coordinate.

How about X-Y plot without the lines (just markers). Then you will see a marker at magnitude of each force at proper location.

If you actually wanted a vertical line at the location of each force rather than a marker at the end of the force, then you’d need an X-Y plot with one curve for each applied force.
The two points on each curve would be (Xi,0) and (Xi,Fi)

(2B)+(2B)' ?

How about uploading a hand sketch of what you want the graphics to look like?

Take a look around this site, it may have something that you can use.
