Drawing image into Word2007

Hi again.
Can you tell me what is the best format to download a drawing into a Word document. I tried saving the drawing as a pdf, jpg & tiff but they don't seem as clear as they might be.
Also how do you rotate them. The format button/rotate does not appear for the downloaded images yet it does in other images in the document. (i am modifying the document so I don't know how the original was formatted)
I'm not back at work till Friday so can't try it yet.

I haven't tried inserting an OLE object into Word 2007, but it should work the same as Word 2003 ... no conversion necessary.
