Drawing failing to open in Version 9

[NHTC]

I have a file that I can open in versions 6 & 7.5 but when I try to open I get an error message. I've included a link to view the error message.

Any ideas???

Try turning your partial load option off in the assembly load options. Also call gTAC and supply them with your system log file. Or read through this file yourself. Maybe a smoking gun answer can be found in this log file.
