Drawing Dimensions 3

Does anyone know how to get the dimensions in a drawing to display " for inches on length measurements. I know it can be done, but I havent been able to locate the feature.

Only the fractional dimensions have the " notation as standard.

I believe you can create a dimension favourite to add the ".
