Drawing Dimensions Won't Delete

I'm trying to delete a couple of dissociated dimensions from an existing drawing with no luck (see attached jpg). Apparently these are inherited PMI dimensions? We don't normally use PMI diminsioning here so I'm unfamiliar with it.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure your dimensioning layer is Selectable, and not just Visible.

Look on your model for these PMI dimensions. Or turn off inherited PMI in your view.
