Drager and building a T-fitting

Does anyone know how to build the T-fitting used with the Drager for oxygen testing of gas lines?

It is a simple shut off valve and a T and few lengths of tubing. the idea is to release just enough gas through the valve and out the T to allow your Drager to be sampling from ambient pressure.
What oxygen levels are you looking for? You can't get very far with a Drager since it is easy contaminate them with air.
