I'm intrigued by the dimension lines, which appear to have an origin on some Z plane other than that of whatever they are snapped to.
It also appears that the display plane is not oriented orthogonally to the current UCS.
I know that Draftsight can work in 3D space, and can actually generate simple 3D objects, but the ability to do Boolean operations on them has been suppressed.
If you started with a template that has some 3D objects in it already, or you imported some 3D blocks, I suppose it's possible that DS got confused, or you did.
Try rotating your viewpoint in 3D, which ISTR is possible in DS, and see which lines move.
