Referring to example ASME Y14.5-2009 7.4.2, where (brief summary) a shoulder screw hole/counterbore might be split into two FCFs; one for the thru diameter and another for the counterbore.
What is the best practice for achieving this in NX where FCFs are associative? Is the 2-dimension method (one without a leader) the most efficient way?

BTW, we're still using NX6... yeah, I realize this version is not 2009 compliant. We'll get there.
