Draft page setup

I'm using Solid Edge Ver. 12 to do some drafting for a design project. When I set the page dimensions and orientation, a rectangle with a shadow border appears in the lower left quarter of my sheet, which obstructs my drawing. This happens whether I try to set the sheet up before or after I have drawn my work. Any clue as to why this is happening, and/or how to fix it?

FYI, you can't print anything beyond the rectangle.
RMB the Sheet tab then select Sheet Setup, you can change the rectangle size from here.
If you're using 2D, you can start your drawing in Draft View. You can then scale the Draft View according to sheet size.
