Thanks for your post. The book has been listed before by another kind member. But I checked to make sure.

The version now on the internet is a later version than the one I downloaded over a year ago. But I have not examined what the revisions are.

So again thanks pete for reminding us of the book and that the internet is a dynamic place.

I did not think that this book added anything new to better books such as that by Holman.

Not literally but I can get a used book(a previous year print)for less than USD 6 but the trouble is with postage.

BTW, if you ever plan to visit India, let me know.
