Consumer or commercial grade? Do you need the motor or kneading head RPM? I think you need to provide some more details for a better answer.

I found this, which lists some data on the last page for commercial units.

Have you read faq731-376 to make the best use of these Forums?

This is a commercial unit with a 3hp motor . I want the rpm for the Kneading head. Thanks

Double posting is frowned upon.

Like I said - just fast enough to rip off your arm.. Call a few mfgs or "GOOGLE"

From what I have seen - about 20-30 rpm??

Here's a 1200 lbs stationary-bowl '069' bread mixer manufactured by Baker Perkins Ltd:

This was the smallest in the series, with other models holding 1600, 2000, and 2400 lbs of dough. The only difference being the width of the 'bowl', as seen in this front view of a 2000 lb model...

...and everything else was pretty much the same, which made a 1200 lb model, like the one shown in the first picture above, perhaps one of the most OVER-ENGINEERED machines I've ever had the pleasure of working on (I spent 14 years with Baker Perkins as a machine designer and program manager in the Food Machinery Division located in Saginaw, MI).

As for getting back to your original question, I'm not sure exactly how many RPM's the blade rotated (it's been over 31 years since it worked there) but I do know that it was a 2 speed mixer and must of been around 100 RPM's in high-speed mode and perhaps 1/3 of that in low-speed, but then I suspect this is not exactly the type nor the size of dough mixer that you had in mind, eh?

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

That's was what I was going to say. The second page of the 'SP60 Spec Sheet' (referenced at the bottom of the page) clearly states the operating speeds of both the mixer's agitator and the accessory drive.

BTW, when I said "referenced at the bottom of the page" I was referring to the linked page from Kuldipkenya's 16:25 posting above.

Thank You for pointing it out to me. I am sorry to have wasted your time.
Thanks
